Event Policy for Intro to Mushrooms

1. Purpose The purpose of this event is to provide free educational resources and activities to the community, fostering learning and engagement in a fun and inclusive environment.

2. Code of Conduct

Respect: All participants are expected to treat each other with respect and courtesy.
Inclusivity: This event is open to everyone. Discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
Safety: Safety is a top priority. Please follow all safety guidelines and instructions from event staff.

3. Registration

Pre-registration: RSVP is required. Participants are required to pre-register online to help with planning, logistics, and limited space.

4. Participation

Activities: All activities are free of charge. Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Supervision: Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Hygiene: Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the event area.
Illness: If you are feeling unwell, please stay home to ensure the safety of others.

Personal Belongings: The event organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Injury: Participants attend at their own risk. The organizers are not liable for any injuries that may occur.

Consent: By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
